Programming the remote using the code search feature.

The example given is for programming a remote to control a TV set.  Please substitute CABLE or VCR in place of TV to program for other devices.

1. Turn on the TV.
2. Press and hold the CODE SEARCH button until the indicator light lights.  Then release the CODE SEARCH button.
3. Press and release TV button.  The indicator light will blink once.
4. Repeatdly press and release the OFF/ON button until the TV turns off.  It may be necessary to press the OFF/ON button up to 200 times before the TV turns off.
5. When the TV turns off, press the ENTER button.  Now the Device is programmed for the TV set.
